We bought two sets of chairs. One set came without both cushions and when I called customer service I could not just get a replacement cushion I had to return two chairs and they would send two more chairs back out to me. The two new chairs came quickly and everything was in that order. Otherwise chairs are nice and comfortable and look great.

I ordered these off season to compliment a wicker table I also bought off season, to use on my backyard deck in Vermont, so I have not yet had a chance to actually use them outdoors. They were a little darker in color than I anticipaterd but other than that, so far, so good...

Q1: What is the seat height?
A: The front of the seat is about 17.5" high without the cushion and about 20" high with the seat pad.
Q2: What is the height of the back of the seat?
A: The overall height is 33 inches. The back of the seat to the top is about 16" high without the cushion and about 18.5" high with the seat pad.
