I put the product together in my living room and it took about 30-45 minutes. It looks great on our new paver patio. It wasn't difficult to assemble, although the directions could have been a little better. The screws that hold the bottom to the frame seem small for the amount of weight that could be placed in the storage part of the seat, but I haven't had any problems with it yet. Just to be safe, if I have to move it, I will remove any heavy contents from the storage portion of the bench before lifting it. It is engineered well, to give you the most room possible from a bench of this size. The lid locks down and there is ample room (and weight capacity) for 2 adults to sit on it. We haven't had any rain yet, so i can't say if it's perfectly waterproof or not. No negative experiences with this product so far!!

This item is very large and holds 7-seat cushions, 2-long lounge covers, 2-lombar pillows and 1-accent pillow. Measure and make sure that you have room for it. Nothing got wet when it rained.

The only thing that I don't like is the top does not close completely level. One end is slightly higher by 1/8". No big deal.

I wish that a top cushion was available as an optional purchase. I will alter something else to fit the top.
