I shopped for a very long time to find the perfect hamper to match the nursery. I was thrilled to find this one, until I received it. The only thing solid about it is the lid. the body of the hamper is made of a cardboard-like composite material. When you lift the lid the hamper falls back because it is so top heavy. When you touch the outside walls they are so flimsy they cave to any pressure. Not sure how long this will hold up but for the price I paid I am very disappointed. If it would not be such a big hassle and so pricey I would surely return it. Do not waste your money on this trash.

This hamper is well-built, attractive for any room in the house. However, I wish that it were a bit wider and taller. I do laundry at least twice a week. By the time I get to the next round of clothes, I usually can't close the hamper and there are only two of us.

The hamper is in the bathroom. It holds a lot of clothes and air can get into the hamper to prevent mold from forming when damp clothes may be put in the hamper.

I am very pleased with the hamper. It is just what I wanted and the price was fair.
