I bought 2 of these chairs in 1991; one for myself and one for my son. I had just entered the USAF and it was furniture I thought would be easy and versile. WOW...we have so many wonderful memories sitting in our chairs watching the best scary movies every to a "fight to the death" in Mortal Combat. Those chairs went through a lot of travel and A LOT of use...and my son STILL has his chair. The cushion needs replacement but the frame has taken a lickin and it's kept on kick'n. The chair is now 20 years old! :)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
